TN Capitol Parking

We typically recommend parking in the Downtown Library Parking Garage - if you go through the Library and get your parking validated inside the library, it is free for 90 minutes with validation.

Other free parking includes the Farmers Market and Bicentennial, though those parking spots require around a 15 minute walk that is mostly uphill.
